Found this condo, and never looked for another.
I was in a bind one evening looking for a last minute accommodation for my girlfriend, her three children and myself. I made a post on Facebook that it was last minute, and had a unique set of circumstances. Jason (owner of Palmas D502) messaged me within 5 minutes with the most perfect available place. I booked, and arrived shortly after. The unit, is a 2 bedroom with full kitchen, laundry, and wonderful balcony with gorgeous views of the water located on the 5th floor. The unit is immaculate. Clean, well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The first bedroom has a set of bunk beds which accommodated the two young children perfectly, and a good size pull out couch for the 14 year old. The master bedroom has what I believe is a king size bed, and you wouldn’t believe how comfortable it is. I’m a large male and was able to get in and out of bed without waking up my girlfriend. Smart TVs located in every room. The living room and master bedroom each have views of the sea. The kitchen is stocked with all cutlery and cookware you’d need, along with full sized refrigerator. The owner Jason, is extremely communicative and responded to any inquiries within minutes, and accommodated any needs and requests. I am a returning guest, and will continue to use this unit only. No need to look further, this place is BEAUTIFUL.

We stayed at Jason’s condo and had an excellent experience. He was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely excited to share his beautiful place with us. We’ve stayed at Las Palmas many times and always have a great time. The taco shop has delicious food at great prices, the entire resort is spotless, and the convenience store is well stocked with everything we needed, plus some fun local goodies. Don’t miss the upstairs bar, Uno Mas, tasty drinks and awesome daily specials. Can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days. The condo was nice and clean. Great views from the balcony. There's a taco stand, restaurant and bar on-site. There's also an Italian restaurant, a steakhouse and 2 other bars about a 2 minute walk away. There's a family pool with slides and a swim up bar. The adults only pool has a heated side and a non heated side that's separated by another swim up bar and is right by the beach. Access to the beach is only a minute away and there are palapas to sit under so we didn't have to set up our umbrella. It was a great value and I highly recommend!
Palms Condo.
Had a really good time time. A nice clean condo with room for additional guests. Condo had great amenities and most importantly a ocean view from the patio. Wil definitely stay agai it was priced well. Thanks.
